Gaggle support staff is responsive to inquiries and support and is always willing to work with our district on how to best support our students. One of the biggest benefits to our students using Gaggle is that they can receive services at home thus not being pulled out of class and missing instructional time. The downside of using Gaggle is that students don't have that in-person support person on site to check in with if they are having challenges throughout the day. This is not a failure on the part of Gaggle but simply the facts of utilizing virtual support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Gaggle scans students' emails, searches, documents for key words and phrases and then alerts us if a student is in danger of self harm or harming other students. Gaggle is extremely accurate and responsive. Real time monitoring of our student accounts has proven extremely useful. We utiliize Gaggle everyday. Gaggle has litterally saved lives in our district. Really, the only problem I have with Gaggle is that some times I have difficulty reading files via my cell phone. the file will time out before I can read the complete file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The staff at Gaggle are very helpful when a serious situaiton arises. Even on weekends, calls come through alerting admin of serious concerns. I have had several experiences where due to a Gaggle alert message students' lives were saved. I like how quickly Gaggle sends out notices regarding student safety concerns, and the failsafes for bigger threats/concerns. Gaggle not only effectively flags student work or correspondence that could be dangerous, it also uses various modes of communication to make sure we get the message. Depending on the severity of situations, I have gotten emails, texts, and phone calls to make sure that any student identified as being immediately at risk gets the support that he/she needs. The only downside of Gaggle is having many classroom assignments in which students discuss traumatic things that have happened in their lives get flagged by the system.
